HOLYOKE — With the warmer weather finally here, The Holyoke Farmers Market has returned and announced its schedule for their 46th season, with two outdoor markets each week starting on June 10 and 11.

After hosting two indoor locations from November to March, the Holyoke Farmers Market will transition to two outside locations giving the residents and opportunity to support small businesses and enjoy seasonal products.

The market promises an engaging experience for visitors and a valuable opportunity for local vendors to showcase their goods.
The summer season kicked off on June 10 with the Tuesday Outdoor Market, hosted from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holyoke Senior Center/Council on Aging, 291 Pine St.

Vendors will set up along Beech Street, creating a welcoming and bustling environment.

On Wednesdays, starting June 11, the market continues at Holyoke Medical Center, 575 Beech St, running from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Visitors can look forward to a range of offerings, including year-round fresh produce, locally sourced meat, eggs, prepared foods and mushroom products. Artisanal baked goods, from muffins, and cookies to focaccia and rolls, will add a delicious touch to the market’s selection. The market will also feature crafts, gifts and more, ensuring choices for every interest and occasion.

Greater Holyoke Chamber interim Director and Market Manager Lisa Totz shared her excitement for the upcoming farmers market season.

“We’re excited to offer such a diverse array of products and to provide a space where the community can connect with local producers,” Totz said, “The market reflects our mission to build a thriving local economy and foster meaningful relationships between vendors and customers.”

The Holyoke Farmers Market, organized by the Greater Holyoke Chamber, serves as a vibrant hub for the community, offering fresh, local products and creating opportunities for residents and businesses to connect.

The Holyoke Farmers Market has operated under the Greater Holyoke Chamber for over 10 years and transformed the market into a self-sustaining program and hub for Holyoke’s local food economy.

The market once again will prioritize quality, accessibility and community impact, as well as a place for people to be educated about healthy eating lifestyle habits and the resources that are available in the city.

Food trucks will participate on a rotating basis, offering even more options for a satisfying visit.

The market team is also committed to accessibility, with on-site support for SNAP/HIP/WIC transactions to ensure all families can enjoy fresh, local goods.

Spaces for vendors are still available and the market encourages participation from a variety of businesses, including those eager to offer SNAP-eligible products.

Vendor fees, payment details and assistance with the SNAP eligible sales are available.

The Holyoke Farmers Market invites community members to explore both locations weekly and support local businesses while enjoying quality products.
