NORTHAMPTON — A groundbreaking marked another step toward installing a new geothermal system that will replace outdated heating and cooling equipment and cut carbon emissions by half at Northampton High School.

SOUTHWICK – At the board’s meeting on Oct. 5, Select Board Chair Douglas Moglin announced that the board had drafted a policy to set standards for the town’s security camera system, saying it was “something that had been brought up in a meeting several months ago.”
RUSSELL — The town was notified last week that it had been awarded a $1 million grant to replace a culvert on Blandford Stage Road and $150,000 to develop a master plan.
