SOUTH HADLEY — The East of the River Five Town Chamber of Commerce is teeing up for its annual golf tournament to help award eight students from East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Hampden, Wilbraham and Ludlow with $16,000 in scholarships.

SOUTH HADLEY — Third time was not the charm as South Hadley voters once again voted against allowing the town to assess an additional $3.5 million in real estate and personal property taxes for its school and town budgets.
The Anna Barry Elementary School project in Chicopee and the Mosier Elementary School project in South Hadley both reached important milestones following the Massachusetts School Building Authority’s Board of Directors’ recent decisions on Aug. 26.
SOUTH HADLEY — While most Western Mass. voters will head to the polls for statewide races, South Hadley residents will also see a question on their ballot asking if they would approve a $3.5 million tax override.
