LUDLOW — Ludlow marked its 250th birthday with a parade, followed by a community block party, on June 15. More than 1,200 marchers from Ludlow and surrounding communities made their way from Ludlow High School, down Chapin and East streets, to Veterans Memorial Park. Lou Casagrande served as the parade’s grand marshal and marching units included Ludlow High School and Baird Middle School bands, veterans organizations, area law enforcement and fire departments, businesses and community organizations and more.
