SPRINGFIELD — Springfield’s election on Nov. 4 marked the highest voter turnout in years for an election without statewide races or a mayoral race and was marked by many closely contested races for School Committee and City Council seats.

NORTHAMPTON — The Bombyx Brass Collective is performing two concerts in November to benefit the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.
EASTHAMPTON — Some newly elected names will serve Easthampton, but the city will mostly see familiar faces return to serve its City Council and School Committee at the top of 2026.
WESTFIELD — Bids open for Westfield on Weekends’ eighth annual Tree Jubilee on Nov. 17 and run through Dec. 3.
