NORTHAMPTON — With the help of an established national nonprofit organization, the Northampton Parks and Recreation Department are spearheading workshop in September dedicated to fostering a positive environment in youth sports culture.

BELCHERTOWN — Arcpoint Brewing Co., located at 30 Front Street, had its grand opening to the public on Friday, Aug. 16. Owners Chris Peterson, CJ Eldridge and Dave Pare wanted to have a place where people can go on a Friday or Saturday night, to relax, listen to some live music and enjoy themselves.
NORTHAMPTON — In a unanimous vote, the Northampton City Council approved the appropriation of $354,250 from the General Stabilization Fund for the replacement of boilers at Leeds Elementary School during its Aug. 15 meeting.
BRIMFIELD — Since 1965, the Brimfield Antique and Flea Market has been recognized as largest and most vibrant outdoor antiques event in the country and will be returning from Tuesday, Sept. 3, to Sunday, Sept. 8.
