WESTFIELD — Lincoln VanHeynigen was recognized at a formal ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 28 at 10 a.m. at the First Congregational Church in Westfield for his recent attainment of Eagle Scout with Westfield’s Scouting Troop 109.
