SOUTH HADLEY — South Hadley’s Budget Task Force is inviting residents to share their priorities for town services and spending during a listening session on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m.
HOLYOKE — The City Council unanimously approved an ordinance to create a new appointed city treasurer position during its Nov. 18 meeting.
CHICOPEE — The School Committee approved new graduation requirements on Nov. 19 after Assistant Superintendent of Instruction and Accountability Jennifer Bellville met with the committee to discuss changes to the competency determination.
With Thanksgiving in the past, Chicopee, Holyoke and South Hadley are now preparing for their respective tree lighting ceremonies and holiday celebrations.
