SPRINGFIELD — For the 16th year the Springfield Museums have been taken over with a gingerbread display from local bakers and families. This year’s theme is “Jurassic Gingerbread” and the exhibition is full of dinosaur creations for the public to view. This year’s exhibition is open until Dec. 31; there is also a “People’s Choice” vote for attendees to vote on their favorite displays. The winners will be posted at springfieldmuseums.org/blog.
