HAMPDEN — The Hampden Police Association hosted its Public Safety Night Out on Friday, Oct. 11 at Thornton W. Burgess School, welcoming residents from Hampden and surrounding communities with informational booths, food, activities and exciting sights. The Oct. 11 event featured multiple local organizations and businesses including Wilbraham Fire and Police, Hampden Fire and Police, Enfield Police, Polish National Credit Union, Monson Savings Bank and Cub Scouts. Big Y Pharmacy also offered flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Visitors to the Hampden Public Safety Night Out could try various foods including popcorn, candy, apple cider and donuts.
