WE ARE HOMETOWN NEWS.

ENFIELD — Enfield’s Artisan Holiday Market will take place on Sundays from Oct. 27 through Dec. 22 at the Enfield Square Mall, 90 Elm St. from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Everything at the market will be handmade, including crotchet items, woodwork, candles, baked goods, spices and other various crafts.

There are currently more than 35 artisans signed up and there’s still room for more.

Market Manager Christina Tetreault said, “Our goal is to bring small businesses with a variety of items to the public. The mall contacted me as the market manager for the town and asked if the town would be willing to work with them to make this holiday market happen.”

She continued, “We took it from there and said let’s continue this to help the small businesses, also, because if someone is looking for something unique, they should be able to find it.”

Tetreault told Reminder Publishing there’s a variety of talents in this area and she’s hoping to showcase that.

“We’re capable of many things and right in your community you can support locals,” Tetreault said. “I enjoy supporting the community and the comradery amongst the vendors and how everyone supports everyone else. I enjoy making that all happen.”
