SOUTH HADLEY — During the School Committee meeting on Sept. 19, the committee and Superintendent Mark McLaughlin reviewed and approved the Massachusetts School Building Authority Enrollment Certification.
HOLYOKE — Delaney’s Market will begin providing meals for WestMass ElderCare’s Senior Nutrition Program, which includes both home-delivered meals and Community Table sites, in a partnership of local groups that began on Oct. 1.

CHICOPEE — After an Ordinance Committee meeting on Sept. 30 and a City Council meeting on Oct. 1, both groups voted favorable to enact a single use plastic bag ban for the city.
