WESTFIELD — Superintendent Stefan Czaporowski and members of his administrative team surprised five teachers with decades of experience and one teacher new to the profession with this year’s Grinspoon Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award at their schools on Friday, Feb. 14.
