SOUTHWICK — After clearing up questions about the address on College Highway for Responsible and Compliant Southwick LLC, doing business as Haven, and parking at the former Family Dollar store, the Planning Board closed its public hearing on the dispensary’s special permit application with a tentative approval.

SOUTHWICK — To ensure that the memory of those nearly 3,000 souls who were lost at the hands of hate-filled terrorists on Sept. 11, 2001, each year since the nation gathers at firehouses across this country to mark the anniversary and remember the sacrifices of those first responders who rushed into New York’s Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and the bravery of the passengers on Flight 93 who stopped another attack.
WESTFIELD — On Sept. 9, the state declared significant drought, or Level 2, conditions in the Connecticut River Valley, which triggered the Westfield Water Commission on Sept. 12 to implement mandatory water restrictions for the city, which was the second time since May.
