WARE — During July and August 2025, nonprofit Workshop13 Cultural Arts and Learning Center will install a vertical platform lift in its main location at 13 Church St. to increase its accessibility to Ware community members.
MONSON — During the Sept. 24 Select Board meeting, Police Chief Stephen Kozloski and Fire Chief Brian Harris brought forward concerns on how the town’s Code Red subscription should be used moving forward.
MONSON — The Monson Police Department is in the process of installing a license plate recognition system in the town to help assist the department with crime investigations.
HAMPDEN — Hampden’s 2024 Fall Fest will take place on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 12-5 p.m. at Thornton W. Burgess School on 85 Wilbraham Rd. and feature new attractions, such as hot air balloon rides.
WILBRAHAM — At its Sept. 16 meeting, the Wilbraham Select Board unanimously agreed to proceed with the next step of the Route 20 project, which will be the public hearing phase.
