SPRINGFIELD — On March 19, the Springfield Police Department conducted a pinning ceremony at the Elks Lodge for six newly promoted supervisors. Among the officers pinned were Deputy Chief David Kane, Deputy Chief David Martin, Capt. Christopher Collins, Capt. Sean Arpin, Lt. Jaime Bruno and Lt. Dennis Hackett Jr.
