CHICOPEE — On Oct. 1, Chicopee welcomed a new business to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony for House of Koolada’s, 738 Chicopee St.
House of Koolada’s is a juice bar with all-natural juices and wholesome beverages dedicated to promoting health and wellness.
Their commitment to providing daily cold-pressed, all-natural juices made with the freshest ingredients, designed to boost energy and support a healthy lifestyle.
The store is open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
House of Koolada’s Founder Mike Perez shared his excitement and talked about his unique product.
“We’re excited to bring something truly special to Chicopee. Our juices are free from artificial additives, sweeteners and preservatives, so customers can feel good about what they’re drinking. It’s all about offering a healthy, flavorful experience.”
Key features of House of Koolada’s include daily freshness, health-centered, customizable options, sustainable practices and convenience with online ordering and delivery services are available for customers on the go.
Mayor John Vieau expressed his excitement about the new addition to the city.
He said, “We are thrilled to welcome House of Koolada’s to Chicopee. Their dedication to health, wellness and sustainability aligns with our community’s values, and we’re excited to see how they contribute to the vibrancy of our city. This business brings not only a unique offering but also a commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents.”
State Rep. Shirley Arriaga (D-Chicopee) was also present at the event to talk about the importance of what House of Koolada’s has to offer.
She said, “Thank you for being here today and investing in Chicopee. I grew up in Chicopee so this is home and seeing healthy alternatives for everyone here is definitely needed. Growing up and buying a bag of chips for 25 cents is great and all but we definitely need to be a little healthier and it starts with having places like this so our kids, our families, our loved ones can know that they have alternatives because we don’t only want to live long, we want to live healthy, and it does go a long way.”
Perez and the business received an official citation from the state Senate to show their support for the celebration of the day.
