EAST LONGMEADOW — On Sept. 12, people flocked to East Longmeadow’s Center field for the annual Celebrate EL event. Hosted by the East Longmeadow Rotary Club, the event was packed with craft vendors, businesses and not-for-profit organizations, an obstacle course, bounce house, hayrides, a family rest/food tent, food trucks and other activities.
