WEST SPRINGFIELD — When Jessica Sinopoli and her husband, Jason, first discovered Graze Craze, they knew they had found something special — a way to bring people together around beautiful, shareable food.
Now, that vision has come to life with the opening of their first location right in the heart of West Springfield.
“I’ve always loved bringing people together around good food, and Graze Craze felt like the perfect way to do that here in Western Mass.,” said Sinopoli, owner and operator of the new store. “My husband, Jason, and I wanted to introduce something fresh and elevated to local entertaining, something that makes hosting both beautiful and effortless. West Springfield’s strong sense of community, along with its mix of families, businesses, and local events, made it the ideal home for our first store.”
Graze Craze specializes in artisanal charcuterie boards — what they call “grazeology,” or the art of turning food into an experience. Every board is handcrafted to order by trained “grazologists,” using premium meats, cheeses, fresh produce, and house-made dips.
“What sets us apart is the blend of visual artistry and practicality,” Sinopoli explained. “Our boards are designed for effortless sharing, whether it’s a business lunch, bridal shower, or backyard gathering. Nothing is pre-packaged, and everything is made fresh daily.”
Since announcing their opening, Sinopoli says the response from the community has exceeded expectations.
“The response has been incredible. We’ve felt so much enthusiasm and support, from local schools and businesses to families planning celebrations,” she said. “People are excited to see a locally owned shop that brings something unique to the area. We’ve heard so many versions of, ‘We’ve been waiting for something like this here!’ It’s been truly rewarding.”
Customer favorites are already emerging. “Our most popular board is the Gone Grazey, which features a little bit of everything — meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, nuts and more,” said Sinopoli. “For those with a sweet tooth, the Sweet & Grazey is a favorite. We also offer vegetarian, keto and brunch boards, all of which can be customized for events.”
Large boards are especially popular for weddings, corporate gatherings and community celebrations, serving as both stunning centerpieces and crowd-pleasing spreads.
At the heart of their menu is a commitment to quality ingredients. “We source the highest quality ingredients in each category,” Sinopoli noted. “We combine those ingredients with an artistic design incorporating our house-made sauces, dips, and jams. At Graze Craze, it’s food first for a quality experience that we guarantee our customers will see and taste in every decadent bite.”
Sinopoli hopes Graze Craze will become a true community partner. “We hope to be more than just a food business; we want to be a true community partner,” she said. “That means donating boards to local fundraisers, supporting schools and organizations, and helping people celebrate life’s milestones. Our goal is to bring people together in meaningful ways, one board at a time.”
The shop is already building partnerships with nearby venues and groups. One special initiative includes their “SCOUTS” promo code, which donates a portion of proceeds to the Western Massachusetts Council of Scouts. Seasonal boards and pop-up collaborations with local businesses are also on the horizon.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and can’t wait to share our passion for grazing,” Sinopoli said. “Whether you’re planning a big celebration or simply want to enjoy something special, we’d love to have you stop in, say hello, and let us create something beautiful for you to graze on.”
Graze Craze West Springfield is now open at 777 Riverdale St., offering both pickup and delivery.
