CHICOPEE — Green Mountain Electric Supply has relocated its Springfield location to Chicopee at 33 Haynes Cir.
It is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Green Mountain Electric Supply hosted a grand opening and road show on Oct. 3 with food vendors and manufacturers representatives and vendors for the community to check out.
Green Mountain Electric Supply has provided the Northeast with electrical products and energy solutions.
Branch Manager Sean Callahan talked about what the business has to offer.
“We’re a full electrical distribution so we sell pipe wire, electrical boxes, devices, lighting, so your full line of electrical distribution,” he said.
For over 10 years, Green Mountain Electric Supply’s event team has traveled to each Green Mountain location to host an outing with the industry’s finest supplier partners alongside food, prizes, giveaways and networking with the team and fellow customers.
Callahan talked about the great opportunity for community members to talk to the vendors about potential jobs or products.
He said, “I believe it’s our last road show of the season. They’ve been on a full tour doing all the different branches throughout the company, New York, Vermont. This is kind of the last one and they set it up so our customers can see some of our vendors, see our place. This one is kind of in conjunction with the new branch so we’ve kind of tied that into it as well so they can see what we have to offer.”
Callahan also had a message for the community.
He said, “We’d love to see anybody and everybody. Our main customer would be electricians. We sell to towns, municipalities and the general public too so anybody can come down and we’re glad to be here in Chicopee.”
