HOLYOKE — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will be hosting a public information meeting on Tuesday, June 24 at 5:30 p.m. at the Holyoke Public Library, 250 Chestnut St., to discuss the proposed corridor improvements project on High and Maple streets.

WILBRAHAM — Brianna Bernache of the Hampden-Wilbraham Partners 4 Youth, an organization that works to reduce substance use among young people, requested the Wilbraham Select Board allocate some of the town’s opioid abatement funding to support the program.
SPRINGFIELD — As a way to save money on repair costs and reduce the amount of time vehicles will spend out of service, the city of Springfield will replace a portion of their “citywide” aging fleet using a free cash transfer and through bonding.
