CHICOPEE — During the Nov. 7 City Council meeting, the mayor’s orders included two separate appropriations, one to help with the Human Resources Department after its former director was terminated and another for an economic development director.
For the 15th year, the March for Food Bank with Monte Belmonte will take place on Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 25 and 26 to help raise funds for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.
CHICOPEE — During the City Council meeting on Oct. 15, Mayor John Vieau discussed, and the City Council approved, entering a tax increment exemption agreement with RT Commercial LLC for the reuse of a property located at 22 Grove Ave.
CHICOPEE — Harmony House of Western Massachusetts, a home for the terminally ill located in Chicopee, will be the beneficiary of a “FunnyRaising Comedy Show,” presented by Jess Miller Comedy Shows.
